Female Brass Cone

Description
Our female brass cone gas flexible connector is spanner tightened. The male component for this fitting requires a machined chamfer set to accommodate the brass cone. The resulting connection is of high integrity.

Application
Suitable for all gas applications for which this range of gas flexible connector is approved.

Availability
Available in diameters ranging from 8mm to 26mm and in standard lengths. This flexible connector is available in customised lengths.

Female Flare - SAE 90°

Description
Our female flare SAE 90° is precision machined from high quality brass. The fitment is spanner tightened producing a high integrity fitting.

Application
Generally suitable for all gas applications, however this type of flexible connector is mostly used in LPG applications.
Note: All gas flexible connectors must be used strictly in accordance with the AGA approvals.

Availability
Available in 3/8” female flare - SAE 90° and is supplied with 8mm braided hose or 6mm PVC hose. Also available in 1/2” female flare - SAE 90° and is supplied with 10mm braided flexible connector. This flexible connector is available in standard and customised lengths.

Male Flare - SAE 90°

Male BSP Fitting

Description
Our gas male BSP flexible connectors are tapered threads designed for thread sealing after spanner tightening. The use of thread sealant is recommended.

Application
Suitable for all gas applications for which the gas flexible connectors are AGA approved.

Inverted Flare

Description
Our Inverted Flares for gas applications are 60° included angle and the fasting nut is SAE threading

Excess Flow Valve Flexible Pigtails

Description
Our range of gas flexible pigtails connectors carry an excess flow valve (POL end fitting) manufactured from high quality brass. The excess flow valve POL comes with a hexagon nut for spanner tightening or a hand wheel attached to the hex nut for hand tightening.

Application
Our range of flexible pigtails are connected directly between an LPG gas bottle and either a change over valve or a LPG gas regulator.

Availability
Available in 8mm + 10mm braided gas hose in standard and customised lengths. Other end fittings for our pigtails are 1/4” male and 7/16” UNF male.

Female x Male Union

Description
Our Female x Male union comprises of a female connection with either cone or flat seat. This presents a BSP male and a BSP female on the other end.

Application
The advantages of a Female x Male union is the high integrity connections It also allows for a thread sealing fitment to connecting pipework where a satisfactory connection could not be made directly to the Female x Male union.

Availability
Available in end fittings from 1/2” BSP to 2” BSP.

Male x Male Union

Description
Our Male Unions comprise of a Female Cone or Flat Seat, fitted with a Male Adaptor, thereby presenting a BSP Male and for connection with all of the advantages of a compact union joint.

Application
The advantages of the Male Unions are a high integrity connection at the Female Cone or Flat Seat. It also allows for a thread sealing fitment to connecting pipework where a satisfactory connection could not be made directly to the Female Cone or Flat Seat.

Availability
Available in end fittings from 1/2” BSP to 2” BSP.

Gas Accessories

Female Floor Socket

Description
Our female floor socket is manufactured from high quality brass and stainless steel. The unit is completely corrosion resistant and is approved to the AGA requirements. It is chrome plated. The inlet is 1/2” BSP threaded connection.

Application
Our female floor socket is designed to provide gas to a convenient position in a commercial building or domestic dwelling for the purpose of connecting a portable heater or portable BBQ by way of a male bayonet hose. When the appliance is no longer required it may be disconnected by removing the male bayonet hose from the floor socket and placing the appliance in storage until again required. This model of gas male bayonet is designed for screw on attachment to a standard gas hose with compatible female union fittings.

Available as a floor mounting.

2KG LPG Regulator

Description
Our BBQ LPG regulator is a non adjustable type, burnished silver in colour and complete with fitted hose.

Application
Used for BBQs, small LPG cooking appliances and portable LPG heaters.

Copper Pigtails

Description
Our copper pigtails consist of a POL end fitting silver soldered to 5mm diameter copper tube. The other end fitting is a 7/16” UNF male flare.

Application
Copper pigtails are connected between an LPG gas bottle and a change over valve or directly into the inlet of a LPG gas pressure regulator.

Availability
Our copper pigtails are available as described above and 450mm in length.

Male Gas Bayonets

Description
Our male gas bayonet comes with either 1/4” or 1/2” BSP male nipple for screw on attachment to a standard gas hose with compatible end fittings.

Application
This model of gas male bayonet is designed for screw on attachment to a standard gas hose with compatible female union fittings.

Availability
Available with male BSP threads as follows: 1/4” BSP male thread & 1/2” BSP male thread

Gas Bayonet

Description
The bayonet end fitting of our range of bayonet flexible connectors are manufactured from high quality brass and carry the necessary AGA approvals. Our range of bayonet hoses are supplied in various lengths and a large range of other end fittings.

Application
Used generally for heater and natural gas BBQ conversion applications but can be used for a variety of other applications that fit within scope of the AGA approval.

Availability
Available in both 10mm braided flexible connector and 10mm PVC gas hose. Also available in standard and customised lengths.

Gas Conversion Kit

Description
This natural gas conversation kit is made up of several different components. 1/4” BSP female flexible hose connected to a natural gas regulator, fitted with a 1500mm bayonet flexible hose, floor socket and 5 injectors.

Application
Converting LPG gas BBQ’s to natural gas supply. Only suitable up to 4 burner BBQ or 5 burner that does not exceed 100 MJ/Hr.
