The Limited Warranty represents that only those products listed are warranted against defects in
workmanship or materials for the respective periods, that appear below:

The Limited Warranty period applies from date of manufacture as evidenced by date code on
ferrule.

Aquaknect’s liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid and liability in all events is limited to repair or replacement of the products or part or parts of the products provided that:

a.	the defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship
b.	the defective products have been returned to our warehouse shipping costs pre-paid
c.	before using the product the buyer shall determine its suitability and the buyer assumes all risks
d.	the vendor shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage direct or consequential damage arising out of the use or the inability to use the product

For the avoidance of doubt, the company assumes no liability for consequential, contingent or
liquidated damages of any kind arising out of the failure of its product apart from that referred to
previously.

Exposure to heat, corrosive atmosphere or corrosive agents will void warranty.

Installation

The flexible connector must be installed strictly in accordance with Aquaknect installation
instructions (Form No. SP.FR.01/2). Failure to observe these instructions during installation voids this warranty. Except as provided herein, all express and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under Statute or General Law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose or as to design, assembly, installation, materials or workmanship or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded.

Nothing in these conditions shall be read or implied to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Trade Practices Act 1974) and which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. 

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES OBLIGATIONS OR REPRESENTATIVES. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO CHANGE OR EXTEND THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY OF THE CONTRACT IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.
