COMPANY HISTORY
Aquaknect Flexible (A/Asia) Pty Ltd trading as Aquaknect, manufactures a range of quality flexible connectors for potable water and gas applications. Manufacture is under the guidance of a professional Engineer and highly trained staff. This ensures that the highest standards of quality are maintained and the continual updating and improvement of our performance is fully monitored.
1986
Aquaknect Flexible started making flexible connectors in Sydney
1990
Beginning of Aquaknect’s endeavour to obtain Watermark Approval was started. This resulted in the commencement of hydrostatic pressure testing of all braided hose, printing of ferrules for traceability and scrutinising of all purchased parts and components against official drawings and specifications.
1994
Saw Aquaknect move into new premises at Nestor Drive, Meadowbrook. The new factory brought all operations for the production of flexible connectors under one roof.
1997-98
Additional braiding machines were acquired which allowed Aquaknect Flexibles to be the only manufacturer of flexible connectors for the plumbing industry in Australia.
